Homes are spending an average of 47 days on the market. This is a crucial stat for understanding market pace:

  • Sellers: Be prepared for your home to stay listed for about 1.5 months.

  • Buyers: Act decisively when you find a home you love, but know you may have some time to weigh options.


 

💰 Median Sold Price

The current median sold price in Dallas is $428,000. This represents the midpoint of all homes sold and gives a solid benchmark for both buyers and sellers:

  • Buyers: Know your budget and explore homes in this price range for realistic expectations.

  • Sellers: Compare your home’s features with this median to assess competitive pricing.
